Ingedients:

1 can Red Label Century Tuna Solid in Water, drained (I used two)
1/3 cup sweet potato and carrots puree -> boiled sweet potato and carrot chunks, mashed or pureed (I used 3/4 of a cup)
1 Omega 3-enriched egg (You can use ordinary egg, I think I used the Vitamin E enriched variety)
1 pack crushed Soyami Chips in plain flavor (I used bread crumbs because I only got a pack of Soyami chips for this)
1 tbsp chopped green onions (I used 2 tbsp)
2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce (I used ordinary soy sauce)
1/8 tsp McCormick ground onion (I used very finely chopped onion)
1/8 tsp McCormick ground garlic (I used grated garlic)
1/8 tsp black or white pepper

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients together
Cover and chill for 30 minutes
Form into small nuggets or small patties
Pan fry in little oil until lightly browned.
Serve with teriyaki sauce or bottled Coconut Aminos (we used tomato ketchup)
